Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

3-Day Free Trial

All new Pro subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to activate your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged. We do not issue refunds for charges that occur because a trial was not cancelled in time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Billing → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all paid features until that date.

Subscriptions renew automatically. It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges that occur because a subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.

No Refunds After Charges

All charges are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any charges once they have been processed, including but not limited to:

  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Partial use of a billing period.
  • Dissatisfaction after the trial period has ended.

The 3-day trial gives you full access to evaluate the product before any charge occurs. Once charged, you have already had the opportunity to test the service at no cost.

Exceptions

In cases of documented technical failure on our side that prevented access to the Service for an extended period, we may at our sole discretion offer account credit or a partial refund. To report such an issue, contact us at contact@tknctrl.cloud within 7 days of the charge.

Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

Annual Plans

Annual plan purchases follow the same no-refund policy. Annual plans are non-refundable after the charge date. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription before it renews, go to your Dashboard → Billing → Manage, or contact us at contact@tknctrl.cloud and we will assist you immediately.
